Dr. David Kaff, DC – Clinic Director and Owner
Dr. David Kaff completed his undergraduate degree at Emporia State University. While obtaining his degree, he was elected into the Honors Biology Club and voted captain of the ESU football team. He then earned his doctorate degree from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. Since graduation, Dr. Kaff has successfully helped thousands of patients reduce or eliminate their pain.
Dr. Kaff constantly strives to improve and update his knowledge in the field of chiropractic and related studies. He continually strengthens his understanding of spine and joint related disorders by staying on top of the current research and attending professional seminars. Of particular interest to him are disc-related disorders and sports injuries. His love of chiropractic and genuine concern for others are two qualities that impress those who know him well.
Professionally, Dr. Kaff is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, American Academy of Spine Physicians and the Frisco Chamber of Commerce. Personally, he enjoys all sports and spending family time with his wife and two young sons.
Dr. Jason Wayne, DC – Associate Doctor
Dr. Jason Wayne completed his undergraduate degree at Arkansas State University. After graduation he worked for St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center as Director of Fitness. While working at the hospital, he saw a need to try and bridge the gap between allopathic and holistic medicine. After leaving the hospital, he continued his education at Texas Chiropractic College where he received a doctorate in chiropractic and a diplomat in Acupuncture.
While in chiropractic school and since graduation, Dr. Wayne followed his passion for sports by becoming certified in multiple soft-tissue treatments such as Active Release and Graston Technique. This has allowed him to work with medical and orthopedic doctors in the prevention of surgeries and in the post-surgical aspect of rehabilitation.
Personally, Dr. Wayne enjoys spending his free time with his wife and being outdoors. When given the chance, he loves to go back to his grandparents' farm in Arkansas and spend time with his family. He gives credit to his family for giving him the drive and compassion to help others and for his success as a chiropractor.
Josey Jackson – Office Receptionist

Josey has been in the medical field for over 25 years. Her skills are in insurance, customer service and management.
She is a native of Florida and moved to Texas to be near her sons and daughter-in-law. She is excited to be here and to help you anyway she can.
Sheila Sembrano – Therapy Assistant
Sheila received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at Southwestern University in the Philippines in 1995. She has worked in long term acute care (LTAC) setting, skilled nursing facilities and out-patient care clinics. Her experience brought her to Frisco Spinal Rehabilitation. She has additional training in lymphedema therapy, wound care and the use of therapeutic tools. Sheila has a passion for helping patients feel better and heal faster. She has treated a variety of patients from babies to the elderly and has extensive experience in rehab. She truly believes in the value of chiropractic care combined with rehabilitation for the best treatment results.
Rhonda Thomas – Massage Therapist
Rhonda Thomas has been a certified massage therapist since 1998, giving her extensive experience working on a variety of health concerns. Her first experience with Frisco Spinal Rehabilitation came as a patient and she believes chiropractic and massage compliment each other. She has worked for various spas in the past including the Elizabeth Arden Salon in Dallas. Rhonda is certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal and Repetitive Injury massage. She is enthusiastic about helping patients with massage therapy at Frisco Spinal Rehabilitation. She will listen to your health problems and custom-tailor a massage specifically for you. Sherene Francisco – Office Assistant
Sherene Francisco was born in Manila, Philippines. Before transferring to Texas in 1997, she lived in Saudi Arabia for eight years. This past May, she graduated with honors from Frisco High School. She has additional training as a certified nursing assistant. During her spare time, she likes to sing and dance. She resides in Frisco with her mom, dad, two sisters, brother and the family dog, Jayme.
