Degenerated Disc
Degenerative Disc Disease is a medical condition that occurs when the cushions between the vertebrae start to wear out. The degeneration also involves tears in the outer part of the disc called the annulus that leads to small bone spurs and roughened margins on the top and bottom of the vertebrae.
