Fatigue can be physical, mental or both. Everyone experiences fatigue at some point in their lives. Depending on the cause of fatigue, different measures can be employed to bring about a resolution. Sometimes something as simple as getting caught up on sleep or giving the body a rest from exercise is all that's needed to resolve the problem. Other times fatigue is a symptom that is elusive and hard to resolve. The purpose of this information is to discuss a more elusive, prolonged type of fatigue called chronic fatigue.
