New Patient Information
Your first visit will start with new patient paperwork followed by a private consultation with the doctor. If you have previous MRIs or X-rays, please bring them with you. Following the consultation, an exam consisting of orthopedic/neurological tests, palpation and range of motion will be performed and the results will be explained to you immediately.
Depending on your history and exam, it may be necessary to perform x-rays or order other tests at this time. After the exam and tests are completed, treatment options for your condition will be discussed and you can decide which option is best for you. If you are in a lot of pain, we will do our best to treat you the same day as your first appointment. In addition, if we can not help you, we will refer you to the appropriate doctor.
