Wrist Pain

Carpal tunnel syndrome is another common condition of the wrist caused by repetitive stress from activities such as keyboarding or playing an instrument. Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis can cause degeneration to the cartilage in the wrist leading to a dull achy pain. Less common disorders include ganglionic cysts on the back of the wrist and Kienbock's disease which involves reduced blood flow to a bone in the wrist.

Different types and causes of wrist pain lead to different treatment approaches. The chiropractors at Frisco Spinal Rehabilitation have extensive training in diagnosing and treating disorders of the wrist.
